Dmytro Firtash
Dmytro Vasylovych Firtash is a Ukrainian businessman who heads the board of directors of Group DF. U.S. federal prosecutors described Firtash in 2017 court papers as an associate of Russian organized crime. He was highly influential during the Yuschenko administration and the Yanukovych administration. As a middleman for the Russian natural gas giant Gazprom, Firtash funneled money into the campaigns of pro-Russia politicians in Ukraine.
Kyrylo Wyshynsky
Kirill Valeryevich Vyshinsky is a journalist. He was the director of RIA Novosti's Ukraine branch (2014-2018). In 2018, Vyshinsky was arrested in Ukraine on charges of treason. In September 2019 he was exchanged to Russia where he continued his journalistic career.
Isaak M. Khalatnikov
Isaak Markovich Khalatnikov was a Soviet and Russian theoretical physicist who has made significant contributions to many areas of theoretical physics, including general relativity, quantum field theory, as well as the theory of quantum liquids. He is well known for his role in developing the Landau-Khalatnikov theory of superfluidity and the so-called BKL conjecture in the general theory of relativity.

Andrii Leonidovych Derkach is a politician and businessman, as well as a suspected agent of the Russian Federation. He is a member of the Ukrainian Parliament. In August 2020, U.S. counterintelligence chief William Evanina identified Derkach as a key participant in Russian efforts to harm Joe Biden's candidacy in the 2020 U.S. presidential election. United States intelligence community analysis released in March 2021 found that Derkach was among proxies of Russian intelligence who promoted and laundered misleading or unsubstantiated narratives about Biden "to US media organizations, US officials, and prominent US individuals, including some close to former President Trump and his administration." Trump's personal attorney Rudy Giuliani met with Derkach in December 2019.

Artem R. Oganov
Artem R. Oganov is a Russian theoretical crystallographer, mineralogist, chemist, physicist, and materials scientist. He is known mostly for his works on computational materials discovery and crystal structure prediction, studies of matter at extreme conditions. Oganov graduated from Moscow State University in 1997 with summa cum laude and diploma in Crystallography and Crystal Chemistry. In 2002 he obtained a PhD degree in Crystallography from University College London, and in 2007 got a Habilitation degree from ETH Zurich. In 2008–2017 he was a Professor at Stony Brook University. In 2012 Oganov received the "1000 talents" professorship in China. In 2013, having won a megagrant awarded by the Russian Government, Oganov opened a laboratory at Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology. Since 2015 he is a Professor at Skolkovo Institute of Science and Technology.
